A 10 year old whiskey from Hinch, which takes its name from the nearby town of Ballynahinch, with the distillery based just south of Belfast in the grounds of the Killaney Estate. The blend was initially matured in American oak before being treated to a six month finish in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. It’s then bottled at 43% ABV, released as part of the Time Collection.

Made by Hinch Distilling Co in Ireland, this 10 Year Old whiskey has been matured in American oak casks, before being finished for at least six months in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez. A rich, sweet whiskey, it has notes of dried fruit, raisings and creamy vanilla throughout the palate.

Created by the Hinch Distillery Co. in the beautiful Killaney Estate just South of Belfast. This 10 Year Old blended whiskey has been initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels before being finished in Oloroso Sherry casks from Jerez. Notes of dried fruits, creamy vanilla and a little toffee.

Hinch Irish Whiskey, one of the many new Irish whiskey brands to emerge in recent times, has come to America after Chopin Imports created a deal to give their company the exclusive North American sales and marketing rights.
