The tonic brings a beautiful balance, where the citrus tones are extra in the spotlight. The Gin remains very present after the addition of the tonic. Add a slice of orange and the story is absolutely correct. I can confidently say that this gin has entered our top 3 of all time, completely my taste and super refreshing in a G&T. He is also pure despite his 57% delicious to drink.

Rounded and nutty – the mixture of nutmeg spiciness and clove earthiness give it an almost coffee-esque feel! Fresh orange is in the mix too.

Palate:
