Farallon Gin is named for the San Francisco Bay Farallon Islands and mean to be an iconic representation of the bay area. It is made in the modern style with relaxed juniper and floral-forward botanicals, including lavender, elderflower, and grapefruit.

It is bottled at a slightly higher-than-normal 86 proof, a strength that’s likely familiar to single malt scotch drinkers (the big market gins are often bottled at 80 proof).
