Matured for a full decade ex-Brandy casks, 6th generation Master Distiller Kazunori Ohishi is able to coax a perfect, harmonious marriage between the famed local aromatic rice grains used in this whisky and the floral, vinous character from the casks. Available in very limited release.

Tasting Notes of Ohishi 10 Year Brandy Cask Whisky
Light straw color. The nose is delightfully floral with notes of oak and fruit. The palate is deep, complex, and intriguingly fruity with flavors of pear, elderflower, and green apple. The finish is long with fruity, rice, and oaky notes.
