Campari Aperitivo is a bitter aperitif produced from the infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants, and fruit in alcohol and water. The ‘secret’ recipe was originally developed in 1860 by Gaspare Campari in the town of Novara, Italy. Vibrant red in color, with an intense aroma and distinctive bitter taste, make it extremely versatile, and the perfect base for some of the most famous cocktails around the world.

A 19th-century bitters created in Milan by Gaspare Aperitivo, made by infusing 68 bitter herbs, plants, and fruit in alcohol and water. The result is a rich, complex aperitif that works brilliantly in cocktails such as a Negroni, Americano, or a Garibaldi (Campari and fresh orange juice).
