Torres 5 Year Imperial Brandy
Torres 5 Year Imperial is a traditionally distilled brandy full of a wide range of flavors and aromas that will invite you back for a second sip. A great brandy for both sipping and mixing, this is a classic spirit from a historic brand that has made a lasting name for itself around the world.
The entry-level grape brandy from Spain’s Torres, made using three varieties: Macabeu, Parellada, and Xarel·lo (the same as used for Cava), and aged using a solera made from American oak.

Parellada, Macabeo, and xarel·lo, traditional Catalan grape varieties, are the basis of Torres 5, aged using the traditional system of “Soleras”.
Torres 5 Year Imperial is characterized by its aromatic notes and intense flavor thanks to a special blend of spirits and aging in oak barrels using the traditional solera production method. A method that enhances aging and gives brandy a characteristic vintage character.
This is the youngest brandy on offer from the company, which goes through just five years of aging in American oak before bottling. But since that aging is done using the traditional Spanish method of solera and criaderas, the final brandy tastes older than its years.
Torres 5 Solera Imperial is topaz colored with highlights of mahogany and old gold. Features rich aromas with notes of walnut wood and nuts. In the finish, it offers spicy notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
