As with fine wine, our product is produced in an annual growing season and will exhibit differences from batch to batch due to differences in water retention, cane composition, and harvest factors.
Each of our batches is clearly numbered on batch and bottle numbers and once they are gone they are gone forever. We stand behind every bottle that we put into the market as being of the highest quality cachaça to be found throughout the world.

Avua Cachaca Prata is the unaged expression from a brand produced at a third-generation located farm four hours from Rio de Janeiro. A soft and creamy cachaça with a subtle hint of grass.
A small-batch Brazilian Cachaca, made with sugarcane grown by the Distiller’s family four hours from Rio, pot-distilled and bottled after resting in stainless steel tanks.
One of Brazil’s only female cachaça distillers, Katia Espírito Santo, oversees a sustainable distillation process that begins with the sugarcane that’s grown without pesticides and hand-harvested at her farm, Fazenda da Quinta in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
The cane is crushed by a spring-fed water wheel and the fermented juice is distilled in copper pot stills. Avuá Cachaça Prata is rested in stainless steel tanks for six months before being hand-bottled.
