$86.98 $73.93
The Louis Jadot Petit Chablis shows a nice straw yellow colour. It may have a slight green colour in some vintages. It is always a straightforward wine with a very accessible minerality and never too mellow. Petit Chablis may be served chilled, and matches very well oysters, shellfish, fish tartare as well as charcuterie, fresh cuisine, salads, goat cheese.
Aged in stainless steel to preserve the fresh fruit, this wine has a light, poised touch. Crisp sliced apples and lime acidity are given a textured touch that adds to the refreshing character of the wine. Drink from 2020. Chablis region is located in the northern part of Burgundy, halfway between Dijon and Paris. Petit Chablis vineyards spread in the villages of Chablis, raspberry and Beyne, which occupy a total of 500 hectares. Continental climate with very cold winters, frosty spring and hot summer, and marl limestone soil – all of this together creates the unique character of Chablis wines.
