A collaboration of Slipknot and Cedar Ridge Distillery, made with Iowa corn, with some extra spice from its rye content, Slipknot No. 9 Iowa Whiskey is a bold-flavored blend of 3–4 yr. old straight rye and straight bourbon, mashed, fermented, distilled and aged at Cedar Ridge. Mashbill: 51% corn, 35% malted rye and 14% two-row malted barley.
Made with homegrown Iowa corn featuring a sweet and spicy flavor and finished with a bold flavor at a higher 99% proof, Slipknot No. 9 Reserve Iowa Whiskey furthers the quality of the No. 9 – maturing an extra year to allow more of the flavor to rock through.

Tasting Notes
It begins quite floral, with hints of honeysuckle and lily. Then, corn and caramel hit. On the palate, cornbread, jalapeño, apple butter and a hint of charred marshmallow. A lovely medium finish offers a hint of chocolate.
