The 2015 Proprietary White is now a blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Clariette Blanc. It has a very pure bouquet with lemon curd, dried apricot, broom and light fennel aromas that are very delineated. The palate is fresh and vibrant on the entry, beautifully balanced with a fine line of acidity, hints of orange rind and white peach, nectarine towards the finish that contains plenty of energy and drive. This is superb, as usual.
