Each Individual Component Of This Blend (Oloroso And Pedro Ximénez) Is Aged In Its Own Solera. After Blending, The Wine Is Further Aged For Three Years In A Solera Of 33 American Oak Casks Before Bottling.
A Dark Mahogany Colour With Bronze Hues. Concentrated Aromas Of Ripe Fruits, Mocca, Cocoa And Toffee.
Very Complex On The Palate, With A Clean Acidity And Flavour Of Raisins, Nuts, Crystallized Orange And Candied Peel.
