Cinco Sentidos Bicuixe Was Produced With Wild-Harvested Maguey Cuixe, Agave Karwinskii, By Mezcalero Atenogenes Garcia In San Isidro Guishe, Miahuatlan, Oaxaca. After Being Cooked Underground For 6 Days, The Roasted Magueys Were Crushed By A Two-Ton Tahona Pull By An Old Ford Tractor. Next, The Smashed Agaves Were Fermented In Two Pine Vats Along With Calcium-Rich Well Water For Nine Days. Lastly, It Was Double Distilled In Copper And Then Adjusted To Its Current ABV With Well Water And Tails.
