The Chambertin “Cuvée Héritiers Latour” 2012 shows a beautiful garnet colour. On the nose, aromas of cassis, liquorice, tobacco and vanilla blend harmoniously. The palate is round, velvety and nicely lingering. Food Pairing: Venison stew – roasted female deer with pepper and mashed celery – Soumaintrain cheese.
