$70.98 $56.78
Blackwell Jamaican Rum was created by Chris Blackwell, who also happens to be the owner of Island Records. The dark rum itself is distilled and blended by J. Wray & Nephew in Jamaica. It was made in the style of a traditional recipe from the days when Blackwell’s mother’s family owned J. Wray & Nephew and the Appleton estate.
Blackwell Fine Jamaican Rum is created by Chris Blackwell founder of Island Records, an international music icon, entrepreneur and cultural pioneer, renowned for introducing to the world the likes of Bob Marley, Grace Jones, U2 and Cat Stevens, and for bringing the best of Jamaican reggae to the world, including Jimmy Cliff, Toots and the Maytals, Black Uhuru as well as Bob Marley and the Wailers.
Before there was music, there was rum. The Blackwell family were traditionally involved in rum distilling in Jamaica. Returning to his roots, Chris created a fine Jamaican rum, distilled by the famous J Wray and Nephew in Kingston, Jamaica.
