A well-aged 21-year-old Jamaican rum from the Appleton Estate. Following maturation, this was blended and married in casks for two years.
To the nose, nutty and rich. Vanilla, marmalade, chocolate, and pepper. On the palate, thick, full, nutty, cocoa, stewed fruits, demerara sugar, and oak. The finish is long and thick.
