Los Nahuales Mezcal Special Edition No. 3 is made with four different magueyes: wild Tobalá (48%), with wild Tepeztate (13%), cultivated upland Espadin (26%), and a bit of the enormous and scarce maguey Sierrudo (13%). This mezcal is extraordinarily balanced, complex, and rich. It was distilled by Karina Abad, who manages the Alipus and Mezcalero programs as well as running the distillery in Santiago Matatlan.
