Winemaker Notes
The Fuligni Rosso di Montalcino bears the name Ginestreto and, for many years, has been well-known on the market as a product of high quality due to an attentive selection of grapes. Partially aged for about six months in French oak tonneaux, it bears a strong fruity flavor which can complement an endless array of dishes.

The 2015 Rosso di Montalcino Ginestreto is another very beautiful wine from Fuligni. Soft and inviting, the 2015 is really expressive today. Unlike many 2015s, Fuligni’s Rosso retains a good bit of freshness. Sweet red cherry, mint, orange peel and spice all develop in a very pretty, mid-weight Rosso that will drink well for a number of years.
