As the name might suggest, this liqueur is made by steeping raspberries from Perthshire in Edinburgh Gin, then sweetening with sugar cane syrup. Edinburgh Gin itself is made using Scottish juniper and other Scottish botanicals such heather, pine and milk thistle. A limited edition gin-based liqueur made with natural raspberry concentrate and pure cane sugar combined with Edinburgh gin, which features additional botanicals including milk thistle and heather.
