Copper & Kings Butchertown is drop-dead gorgeous brandy. Copper & Kings Butchertown is bad-ass brandy. This is not ordinary, everyday brandy. A blend of distiller selected reserve casks. Superb, exclusively copper pot-distilled small-batch brandy. 75% aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels and 25% in new American oak.

Copper Pot-Distilled American Brandy. The Independent Republic Of Butchertown. Bounded by the waters of the mighty Ohio and beautiful Beargrass Creek. Since 1796 home to butchers, brawlers, bakers, and brewers. Artists and artisans, distillers, tanners, orphans and families, and everything else in between.

Non-chill filtered without adulteration by boisé (oak flavor or infusion), sugar, or caramel color for an uncorrupted natural flavor and natural color. Some natural cloudiness, faint suspension, or sediment may occur, especially at colder temperatures.

A blend of distiller selected reserve casks, exclusively copper pot-distilled small-batch brandy. Reminiscent of superior whiskey and Kentucky bourbon with blackberry fruit, peaches, and hints of cherry. Finishes velvety smooth with an oaky dryness that lingers on the tongue.

The results are absolutely incredible, and we couldn’t be more excited to offer them here to our savvy consumers. At 124 proof, the Butchertown brandy is a beast of a spirit, packing an explosion of flavor normally found in bottles of Booker’s or Four Roses, rather than Cognac or Armagnac.

Using older reserve stocks from the solera base, 75% of which were aged in ex-Bourbon casks, the other 25% in new American oak, the brandy is brimming with Bourbonesque flavors: charred oak, vanilla bean, and caramel accented with the roundness of the fruit.

Appearance:

Dark brown, golden mahogany. Slightly viscous.
