Crafted from a handful of carefully selected barrels this wine displays the essence of Salvestrin farming and winemaking in each bottle. Its beautiful nose reveals aromas of baking spice, ripe black cherries, and toasted oak.

On the palate, you’ll find mouth-coating ripe red fruit, plum, and delicate tannins. The finish, which seems to go on indefinitely, leaves you with flavors of raspberry and dark chocolate that are framed by toasted wood. Enjoy now, or over the next 10-15 years.

A 100% varietal wine from the core of St. Helena, this vineyard-designate expands on the palate in juicy, leather waves, showcasing coconut macaroon, cassis, and kirsch in equal measure. Full-bodied and concentrated in the ripeness of the vintage, it caps off on the palate in black leather and tobacco.

Mouthcoating, this is a full-bodied wine with small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Tar, leather, cedar, and black cherry stand out as characteristics, with added weight from the heavier, darker elements of chocolate and oak. Drink now through 2022.
