The 2017 Raymond Estate Collection Cabernet Sauvignon, deep garnet in the glass, opens with alluring aromas of dark red fruits, blackberry pie, and a touch of clove. Upon the palate, this luscious Cabernet Sauvignon presents rich flavors of plum, black currants, and bright berries. It has a medium weight and soft, round tannins that lead to a long, lingering finish.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Selection lifts out of the glass with tons of sheer intensity. Inky dark red cherry, mocha, cedar, spice, and licorice are pushed front and center. This mid-weight, supple Cabernet has so much to offer. It’s a terrific introduction to the Raymond range.

Dark plum and milk chocolate are the stars of this chalky, soft wine, almost entirely varietal, with a splash of Petit Verdot. Integrated oak helps make it approachable and fruit-forward, while the finish is subtle in fireplace smoke.
