Coming from the South Pacific Distillery in the Fiji Islands, this unique expression, an alliance of both pot and column stills, was distilled in 2009. Further Maturation : Four months in Linie aquavit casks 350L that have travelled around the world by boat. The complexity of the aquavit complements the Fiji rum while benefitting from dynamic ageing.
