PAPA’S PILAR DARK RUM
Papa’s Pilar 24 uses rums made in Florida, Central America and the Caribbean. These are aged in a solera system using both bourbon barrels and port casks, before a final finishing period in Spanish sherry casks.
Complex notes of vanilla, cinnamon, dark Italian roast coffee and honey, with hints of sherry and port. Intricately flavorful; sweet mixed with earthy, vegetal tones. Mouth-coating with hints of spice, bourbon, almonds and apricot. Robust, exotic and full- bodied with a long, deep, velvety finish.
