Painstakingly filtered through a mellowing bed of sugar maple charcoal and aged between two and five years in charred oak barrels, it’s easy to taste why the original, wheated mash bill recipe and meticulous process set the standard by which all future Tennessee Whiskeys were judged. This whiskey has full and warm aromas showing caramel, vanilla, cinnamon, and apple with flavors of robust brown sugar, cinnamon roll, caramel apple, and a touch cocoa.
