Milk and Honey Distillery Elements Peated Single Malt Whisky
The Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. This Milk and Honey Distillery whisky was matured in casks from Islay, that soaked in smoky aromas and salty flavors, and was then blended with ex-bourbon barrel-aged single malt. The Elements Peated integrates the fruity notes of the new make into the casks’ typical Islay peaty notes; the result is a delicate, rather mellow, and lightly peated whisky.

Fresh aromas of lemon, vanilla, oak and smoke fill the nose, the palate offers notes of ginger, lemon, vanilla and savoury peat that linger in the finish.
A subtly smoky single malt all the way from Tel Aviv, produced by the Milk & Honey Distillery. This expression was released as part of the Elements Series, which shows off the impact that cask choices can have on a whisky’s flavour profile. For example, this one was aged in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Islay whisky casks, the latter of which imparted that aforementioned subtle smokiness.
