wine’s long, elegant and focused finish showcases bright, apple-y flavors with hints of citrus, mineral and oak spice.
The nose bursts from the glass with bold, gregarious guava, pineapple upside-down cake and peach cobbler notions plus nuances of clover honey, almond croissant and nutmeg.
Medium to full-bodied, the palate reveals a beautiful satiny texture and lovely freshness supporting the fantastic intensity of exotic fruit and peach preserves layers, finishing very long and spicy.
Barrel fermented, this robust white tastes of freshly cut pear, brioche and toasted oak, with a side note of baked apple. With a steely finish, it exudes richness through the midpalate, with hints of nutmeg and vanilla.
This wine has a pretty, floral nose with fresh citrus, orange blossom and white peach, but the real treat is in the mouth.
