Bobby’s Schiedam Jenever Is A Unique Blend Of Indonesian Spice And Traditional Malt Wine. The Grandson Cut, Malt Wine Based And Fragrant On The Nose, A Fresh Burst Of Lemongrass And Herbs At First Sip.
This Gin was based around a recipe for a jenever, though it evolved into a rather delicious Dry Gin. Now, the same chaps have gone full circle and made their very own jenever! This lip-smacking tipple is made using a base of maltwine and flavoured with juniper, cubeb pepper, lemongrass and cardamom.
Bobby’s Jenever was based on an old-school Dutch Jenever. Now the distiller has flipped the formula, producing a delicious Jenever, using some of the same botanicals that make their gin.
This Jenever is flavoured with cardamom, juniper, cubeb peppercorns, lemongrass, and ginger.
The result is a characterful spirit, with a rich juniper profile, and plenty of citrusy zing, ginger freshness and earthy spice.
