(70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir): Pale gold. High-pitched aromas of lemon, green apple and honeysuckle, with a strong mineral overtone. Taut, focused and pure, with very good clarity to its sappy orchard fruit and citrus zest flavors. The floral and mineral notes repeat on the brisk finish.
