Anis Del Mono Seco

Anis del Mono Seco is a bright, transparent liquid in a beautiful diamond-cut bottle. This dry, aromatic anisette is made by distilling natural aniseed with fellow aromatics. Once the essential oils from these plants are obtained, they are mixed with neutral alcohol, demineralized water, and sugar cane.

This collection of delicious ingredients is then shaken before being filtered and bottled. Traditionally, Anís del Mono Seco is enjoyed on the rocks with a splash of water. It is also not averse to being enjoyed alone neat, on the rocks, or even mixed into other drinks such as cocktails or coffee.

This brand is famous for the humanoid monkey in the center of the label, which some think bears resemblance to Charles Darwin. There is also a famous misspelling on the label which has never been corrected.

The word distillation in Spanish has only one L. The bottle itself was inspired by a bottle of perfume that the creator gave to his wife. A product that was inspired by two gifts must be special.

This drier release of Spanish anisette from Anis del Mono is made with various types of anise seeds, cane sugar, and demineralized water. This aromatic liqueur can be enjoyed on its own, or in an espresso.

Dry anise made with the same selection of raw materials as the Anis del Mono Dulce. It differentiates itself due to its higher alcohol content and lower sugar content. Smooth enough to be had alone or added as a delicious kick to your favorite mixed drink.
